USRentalListing.com is a subsidiary of Netguava,
Inc. a company based in Chico, California. USRentalListing.com was originally
developed by Ryan E. Vaught and Stephen J. Connell.
Ryan has an extensive background in real estate and property management. Seeing the need for better web based rental listing software, Ryan and Stephen, began developing what is now USRentalListing.com.
Stephen's expertise is in internet technology and web security. Before starting
USRentalListing.com, Stephen worked on internet and intranet software
for a large local bank. Both Stephen and Ryan currently own and operate Netguava, Inc., a web development firm.
Stephen and Ryan soon realized that their product could help property owners and
managers across the country fill their vacancies.
